Default Whats the name of this Song?

Hey guys. Looking for a song i cant find. Ithink its a punkrock song sort of. It reminds me of green day a little bit (in the style of "Oh love"). The refrain goes with somthing like "Wheeo whaa whoo hoo" (Couldnt understand if thats lyrics or not) + an e-guitar and drums. I think its modern punk rock but i dont n´know for sure. There is also a little harmonica solo in it!!

If you play that "Wheoo whaa whoo hoo" thing on the piano it goes somthing like c-c....c-c...c-c..........e-f-f-e-d-d-c-h

Please Help. LG
