Default Oom Poppy Pa-pom

Please help. This is a song I would say is from the mid to late eighties. It's basically a loop of this same sound-"oom poppy pa-pom, oom poppy pa-pom". It's sort of a male tinny/synthesized-sounding voice. If you lived in So. Cali this would have probably been playing on kroq. I've tried googling it but nothing is coming up. Thank you!
