Question HELP! I need to find a song

So, a bit of a long story. I work in a call center for a company that provides music services for businesses. Normally only clients call in to yell at me about invoices that are too high, but the other day I got a call from a customer of one of our clients. She explained to me that she was shopping in a store and a song came on that really struck a chord with her and she asked the store manager what the song was. He told her that he did not know what the song was and that he couldn't find out. He told her that my company provides the music for the store and that she could try calling us and see if we could find out for her. I agreed to try to help her figure it out. I got the stores address and was able to find their account in my system and she was able to give me a time-frame of when she was at the store shopping. I called over to my manager, but he was unable to see what songs were playing because the store was using an ancient system. After explaining that we were not able to see what the store was playing, the woman explained to me that the reason that it was important that she find the song was because her and her husband recently lost their newborn and the song that she heard reminded her of her child. She told me that all she could remember of the song were a few fragments of lyrics; "close your eyes," "when I lay you to sleep," and "if you hear this lullaby." She told me that it sounded like a 60's folk song. I tried searching Google to see if I could find anything but nothing but lullabies popped up. I am not very familiar with folk music so I can't think of anything that it could be. If there is any way that anyone could help me find this song so that I can call her back and give it to her, I would love to be able to give that to her and her husband. Thank you to anyone who can help.

Hi, perhaps the song your customer was looking for was "Lullaby" by Haruhi? The lyrics work, and it can be found on the usual music platform
