Default I think it's a stolen song

Hello everynoe. Here in Lithuania one of the artists just released a song in lithuanian but I can bet it's stolen at least a bit definitely, especially the chorus. I think the original is from about 70's-80's, maybe older. OR maybe it's all just in my imagination. Help me out please

i dont know if stolen, but sounds cliche, watered down version from something that has potential. That would be the only option, otherwise it would be downright shameless plagiarism. one doesnt realize that a particular style in a particular era is only not only happening in your area but all over the world but Many times i have listened songs in other languages and the "influence" is unmistakeable
