Song from Asian Youtube Ad

Hello! This is my first post here, so please bear with me

I was on Youtube earlier, and while watching a Let’s Play video, an ad popped up. Oddly, the name of the marketer and everything was in what I believe to be Chinese, however it may have been Japanese. The ad started off with a bunch of kids playing with super soakers, then showed scenes of a young woman going to college in a big city and talking on the phone excitedly

Whatever the case, The song in the background was in english, and it was beautiful! Soft guitar, soft male voice, slowish tempo. The guitar/instrumental went on for about 8 seconds before the vocals came in. The only lyrics I can remember are ‘when your dreams come true‘ and ‘every moment’. Yeah, I know, not much to go on. But the theme of the song was Kind of like “I’ll be there for you.”

It was one of those songs that made me think “I HAVE to hear this again!” So it’s driving me nuts that I can’t find it.

Any help would be appreciated!
