Song from a country singer (popular in 2005)

Hello, guys! I'll be very appreciative if you help me with one song that I heard when I was in the US in 2005. As I was told it was sung by one girl who kinda won some talent show or smth and she was a newborn star from country music field as I remember. I remember that the last line of the chorus was "live with broken heart" And it seems that it was smth like "not so hard, not so hard to live with broken heart" but unfortunately I'm not really sure. Briefly new country star, the song about 'broken heart" (it was there definitely), popular in 2005, I was in Missouri, so it was on the radio with such songs like Craig Morgan What I love about Sunday etc. Thanks.
