Default Lost Song in Lost Video in Memory

Saw the music video in the early 2000s, so my memory of the song is foggy. I can only recall two scenes of the video. Music is synth of some kind, not sure of the genre. Starts off with low drums(?), then in the latter half of the second scene some synth brass(?) instrument can be heard.

Here's my crude attempt at a reconstruction of the notes I can recall from the second scene in question.

The song is likely in English.

The first scene features two guys looking at a red gemstone mounted on a plaque fixed to a brick wall. The shot is profile, camera facing their sides. They're wearing white clothes (black pants?) and the guy closest to the camera may have had blond hair. They’re leaning in close to the gem. They’re both standing on a sidewalk, there are gray/white (residential?) buildings in the background, out of focus(?) They’re chanting something, “ahh uuu oo”, maybe, and then the video cuts to a front shot of the gemstone from a distance. They chant one or two more times, afterwards, the gem expands and fills the whole screen as it does so. Inside the gem, reflections, maybe of the band members, can be seen. I think one face to the left was smiling, and possibly had a receding hairline.

No details I can recall are precise enough for any google search. Red gemstone? Ruby, sapphire? Red-tinted diamond? Two men in white clothing? Nothing. My little reconstruction? Not recognized.

I'm curious about this video because I had a unique experience involving it years ago.

I would be very thankful for any assistance. Thanks in advance.
