Do you know who played and sang this song in English?

This is The Czech version, do any of you know who played and sang this song in English?
The link to the music sample is in the attachment.
The original song is probably recorded around 1970, maybe the words "sister" or "love" are in the title of the original recording or in its lyrics.
I've tried listening to Chicago, BS&T, Ballin' Jack, Lighthouse, Chase, but I haven't found what I'm still looking for.
Do you have any idea?
