Trying to find a song I remember a long time ago.

I'm going a little crazy because I cannot find a song im looking for. The song has a Toontown-Animal Jam-Webkinz esc. beat. There is only a melody, no bass anything. As far as it goes, it gives off an "awkward" feeling. It also feels dissapointing to a degree. It's comparable to the likes of the Nintendo Wii Shop Theme, in which it's used to fill the air or to set the mood. I've heard it in videos before, but I am unable to backtrack to said videos. I ask for help, or at least some assistance. Thank you.

Could you find said videos where it is being used? Can you identify which instruments or types of instruments are being used?

A song that reminds me of what you describe that I myself looked for a long time was "Dog and Pony Show" by "Silent Partner", could that be it?
