Hi, i need help with finding a song

The song i'm looking for is from around 2000 i think. It's a techno/electronic song with some rock vibes to it. I don't remember there being much singing in it. I remember some parts the video unfortunately.

Video description:
There was fluffy white guy starting to listen music from cassette. When the song played he started freaking out. He or someone he went to was an artist and when this song played he started destroying painting and little statues. Then he went with cassette to some skinny tall guy in barn and played it to him. Later with some other people he went to the center of village and started playing song from speaker. All people around started freaking out too. Someone was selling eggs and started destroying them.
