I still think Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights is the best work HIM have accomplished thus far, but this album is pretty good, they have added a new dimension to their music, more solos and more longer instrumental parts, along with the highly addictive voice of Ville Valo. My favorite track in this album is the very intense and warm Sleepwalking Past Hope, it's a 10 minute rollercoaster ride of emotions and deep feelings. Long live lord Ville Valo...
