Cool Ambient, dub techno recommendations?

I'm looking for more music like this, style: ambient with dub techno, just the chill out, anyone?

While this is just a tad bit different, it's still atmospheric down-tempo / chillout. You should like it. The link below is a vid to the whole album, and the whole vid plays as a continuous mix, which is what the album does. If you're in the mood to chill for over an hour, listen to this:

Know very little electronic music, and pretty sure I'm not into trance/house etc, but would like to know if anyone knows of artistes similar to Jean-Michel Jarre: that sort of banks of synthesisers with drum machines, ambient/electronic and a little spacey while still retaining very much a melody in the music. Anything like that out there?

You might like the M83 album Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts. I'm having a hard time finding the tracks I'd like to show you on YouTube, but the album has a warm, sort of vintage synth sound frequently mixed with a somewhat proggy sensibility. I think you might like it.

Freebase my man! This is exactly what I was looking for! Have they any other albums? And if so, are they all like this? Super cool!

You know what's even better though? Starting the vid here, let it run for a minute or so then go to YT and start it over again, the two playing with one slightly behind. It sounds great!

Again, thank you: I'll be listening to this for a while...

May I suggest trying this search in Google:

site:last.fm/music intitle:"tags for" "ambient" "techno" "dub" "chillout"

It might lead you to some new stuff you might like

Here are some I've found that might be akin to what you're looking for (that hopefully you haven't already heard of...)

Intrusion looks interesting.
These ones aren't quite as chilled out, but it sounds somewhat similar...

I also kind of enjoyed Martin Schulte's stuff, even though I'm not really into dub techno. But these tracks make my mind completely blank out. So chilled they're almost frozen.

I'm really an indie/alternative fan, particularly bands like Everything Everything, but I adore the Glitch Mob... Has anyone got any recommendations for Electronica with a similar sound? I'm not really a fan of skrillex/knife party and the like....
