Thanks for taking the time to post all of those! I just listened to all of them and I think Illectrix, Pand3mic, Okiru and Drift Static seemed the most up my alley. Downloading Pand3mic, Okiru and Drift Static as we speak. Couldn't find Illectrix unfortunately.

Default Fast Chill Recommendations?

Hi,

I'm trying to find more "fast chill" artists.
by fast chill I mean tracks that aren't too up-beat/noise, have some chillout feel to them but aren't real ambient chill-out. something that still keeps you awake tough some what quite in nature.

my favorite artist in the category are J.viewz
favorite track for reference: google j.viewz - Salty Air (wanted to post a link but can't since I'm new here..)

I also enjoy many track by Massive attack, groove armada, chicane, air and a few other.

something that is up-beat and fun but not to loud. something to listen to while working that doesn't bore/snooze but doesn't interfere too much either.

do you have some favorite artists in this category to recommend? I keep looking but returning to these above all the time..

Thanks!!

I recommend anything by Zedd, he's a genius. Specifically:

Albums: Clarity Deluxe edition

Singles: Find you feat. Matthew Koma and Miriam Bryant

Default Thanks, but more alternative chillout, less dance/trance

is that a recommendation for me?
turns out I know (and like) all Zedd's tracks. didn't know it was the same artist. though I feel most of them are too fast dance.

and DJYannickL - Beautiful Business (No Hopes Remix) by Yam Nor - has a too much trance feel to it.

looking for something electronic but more alternative chillout like the j.viewz I posted.

Thanks for all your ideas of course

any other idea guys?
