I don't understand why this is better than Funeral. I have tried to get into this one, but I just don't understand why it recieves the praise it gets. It's good, but not good enough to win a grammy, but nowadays, who the **** cares about the grammys.
It's meh, but the videos are really good. ...and the guy above me has it all right, I'm bored as hell by the eighth track. |

I have. Norway's largest newspaper wrote "Not only is this the band's [Arcade Fire] best album, it has also given the album as a format a new take" in their review. I disagree with both statements: Funeral is still their best album imo and even though it clearly is a concept album, it isn't a great example of one.
That been said, The Suburbs has grown on me. At first I was very disappointed but now I rather like it. |

So after somebody called me out on my opinion about the Arcade Fire I decided to go back and listen to their entire discography. I guess it just clicked with me because I love the band now. I don't know what I was thinking back then but I truly enjoy everything they are doing.
1. Funeral 2. Neon Bible 3. The Suburbs Although some of my favorites songs are on The Suburbs ala Suburban War.
