Don't think it deserved the 10.0 from pitchfork(i mean holy ****, 10.0?), but is definitely in the top 2 albums of the year.

i won't elaborate further because i plan on reviewing this in my editor's pick thread.

yesssss

my favorite album of last year and it's still a great listen.

Got around to hearing it.Hardly the "Best Album of the last 10 years" some people claim it is,but still pretty great. That said I'm not much for All Of The Lights or Blame Game.

best. fucking. thing. i. heard.

and unlike the overrated Archandroid by Janelle Monae, this one lives up to the hype

I like hip-hop on occasion, and this album is definitely one of the better hip-hop albums I own. Power makes me smile with the King Crimson reference. Every time.

You should listen to A Tribe Called Quest. You'd probably like it.

Great album for sure, with all the aspects a great Hip Hop album needs (beats, guest appearances, subject matters, even sound quality all being superb). I do agree that it's not the best of the past ten years, the best of Hip Hop, or the best of '10 though. All the same, i love it. My least favorites would probably be So Appalled (too long, but still really good verses), Hell of a Life and... maybe Blame Game? I'm not soo familiar with the beyond Runaway (which is probably my favorite track besides Devil in a New Dress or Gorgeous, and all the rest were great too).

Monster is the shit too
