Sorry for the confusion.
You know, this is pretty much exactly the way I'm feeling about them. I can't deny the artistry and musical endeavour, but I've found a lot of their stuff slightly boring for that reason. However, the King of Limbs album is a lot more interesting, and I voted "good" as well.

One thing that I really do appreciate about Radiohead is that they do tend to honor where they are musically. They've been a band that has consistently progressed and evolved without it ever seeming like they were trying to capture more of the market share. I still get a sense of that with King of Limbs, but I also get the sense of the band maybe being a little burned out. It's a good album; the compositions are great, but something feels flat, two-dimensional almost. I can't quite put my finger on it.

They pounded out 3 great albums between 2000 and 2003, and have taken a step down with each album since, with intervals of 4 years on each release. I still think IR was a really good album, even if it wasn't up to par with the previous 4 releases, but TKOL was a clear step down. When you couple this with the fact that TKOL was a really short album, I can see your point.

I think In Rainbows is one of Radiohead's best albums. TKOL is also all right, but no where near as good as OK Computer, Kid A or In Rainbows (haven't heard Hail To The Thief or Amnesiac).
