really like this album as a step away from the old stuff!

I'd give it 3/5. The first nine songs ranges from alright to great. Then the album takes a nosedive with the last four tracks, sadly.

4/5 for me, this album was a great improvement on the lacklustre Resistance!

Does lose it's class towards the end though

This last album sounds...NOTHING like Radiohead, so why the comparison? Honestly, even the first two albums by Muse sound precious little like the Radiohead I know and love, I never quite understood the comparisons, unless we're talking strictly vocals here, and even then they still are quite different.
