Hilary Duff by a long shot. However, I'm getting less and less proud by her new with image/work.

Britney Spears (so-so but mediocre now)
Christina Aguilera (Good singer, kinda like her)
Mandy Moore (like her, music not as much)
Jessica Simpson (Not at all)
Ashley Simpson (Not at all)
Avril Lavigne (don't like her but her music is decent)
Jennifer Love Hewitt (isn't a singer like the rest so I don't think so..? Not bad looking I suppose)
Mariah Carey (don't like her but again, music is average)
Hillary Duff (/win)
Gwen Stefani (never liked her or her music)

The only person considerably talented on that poll is Mariah, and her music is attrocious. I will admit that I do own a burnt copy of her singing some Christmas songs though, but mainly because I have no problem admitting that she has a damn good voice.
