I'm new here too, and I just wanted to say that their first album is their best. it's got lots of emo influences, but there's also Misfits, Ink & Dagger and so on.

the two next ones sounds like $$$$$$, but their still good imo.

There's so much more interesting and better music you could listen to than this band.

btw the vocals are definitely better on the first album than on the consecutive albums due to his tooth ache. he sounds in pain. j/s.

The key to all angst-ridden emotional singing: Toothache.

good driving music, as in, you don't really listen to it and it sounds good.

I find it sad that one of MCR's influences was Ink & Dagger. I mean c'mon if you were that influenced by a band as kickass as Ink & Dagger then why do you guys suck so much?

MCR is emo, but I don't want to argue with anyone.
