She makes me miss the other lady that captivated audiences with her amazing voice. Amy Winehouse was way more interesting than Adele.

I don't know if they make the same music or anything (what I've heard from Adele even makes the inner-soccer mom in me screech) but it seems like she's filled into the mold left by Amy. Previously it seemed they had tried to fill the void with a different bloated lady, Duffy:

More great news for Adele fans which is that her album 21 gets a big 208 percent boosst after winning 6 grammys. This is amazing. Adele is very much like Amy Winehouse.

When I watched the grammys (yes, I watched the grammys), and her appearance on 60 minutes, all she ever talked about was her failed relationships with men, and her current boyfriend. Oh, and she went on, and on about how she "didn't want" to be famous. Bullshit, that's what you get when you sign yourself to a major label.
