How do you know that? You don't live in Germany where they're popular you don't know whether or not the commercials exist. Stop talking out of your ass, it's pretty obvious they're complete corporate whores, get over it. I would call them the nu-metal version of KISS but your beloved Rob Zombie sells key chains.

Oomph have broken into the top 100 many times and even held the top 1 for over a month. Seriously do you know anything about your favorite band?

That's because they are good not becuase they are commercial. And that isn't really a huge deal, they have been around for nearly 20 years and they are talented it's not a big deal that they 'broke 100' a few times.

And this is in German charts is it not? Germany doesn't have giant corporate music markets like we do (not as big that is), in the US almost no one has heard of them.

You're confusing being recognised with being corporate, they aren't one in the same.

Yes it is , it's the 2nd biggest market in Europe behind the UK.
