Does she write anything? Does she PLAY anything?

No, she was GD Lizzy McGuire.
Little girls liked her so they figured they would make more money throwing Duff's voice through AutoTune, and selling albums, and "live" concerts.

You can ONLY refer to her as an "entertainer", and a terrible one at that.

You can HEAR AutoTune on her tracks.
Maybe she has co-written some lyrics, but that's about it.

Most pop stars like Hilary Duff do not write their own songs, nor do they play an instrument, they simply perform them and act as a pretty image for record companies and songwriters to make money.
