Miley is still a minor so distribution of sexual content with said minor is illegal. Granted this is nothing graphic, it is only tiltilation, but so is a lot of stuff that's considered child pornography so if Billy Ray wasn't such a dumbass of a parent he could hire a lawyer who could then make a pretty good case to keep this video from being distributed.

I don't think it's offensive to call it child pornography, Miley is by our law, still a child, and if she engages in sexual activity that is child pornography. Weither or not she consents is unimportant because it's really about the example she is making for other girls her age. If we made it legal we would be making the statement that this kinda behavior is perfectly acceptable.

i understand that it breaks the law. i understand that it's not 'right'. though in the case of teen celebrities who flaunt their bodies and basically have burlesque shows on stage i have a hard time accepting the fact that a situation like this is looked upon in the same light as some sicko porking a 4 year old.

especially when the person in question has a history of provocative behaviour. i know that's not an acceptable defense - sluts don't deserve to get raped. but she wasn't exactly violated here, she was either lazy or trashy (in 33 years i've never forgotten to wear undies) and stupid (for screwing up at getting out of a car without flashing her crotch). it's really not that complicated - knees stay together - rotate hips 90 degrees towards open door - plant feet on ground - proceed to stand up and out of vehicle.

I'm not saying it's on the same level as graphic child pornography. But even if you only distribute pictures of children dressing and posing provocatively without any nudity or intercourse, it's still fapping material for pedos and would still put you behind bars for a very long time. And I think an underage girl rubbing her butt against a guy's crotch is more pornographic than that.

I know that Miley is doing this behavior on her own and no one is forcing her to do it, but they are enabling it, she's still a child by law so any adult male who consents to her solicitation should know better.

Teenagers are still children, just children who are beginning to learn how to function in the adult world, they're only adults in training. In the case of Miley, like many child stars, her fame has either put a gap in the relationship with her parents or her parents are idiots or maybe both.

Considering that Billy Ray actually defends her behavior and says it's ok for 16 year old girls to grind on 40 year old men I'm gonna go with the idiot option.
