Miley Cyrus

No I'm not kidding.

simplephysics 08-01-2009 09:51 PM

Woah, a Jay Z shoutout and everything.

Antonio 08-01-2009 11:31 PM

GODDAMNIT!!!!!

it is.........

gunnels 08-02-2009 05:04 AM

In this song: she showcases her horrible taste in music.

Fruitonica 08-02-2009 07:34 AM

Actually it is pretty damn catchy. Especially the verses, the chorus doesn't do much for me.

Akira 08-02-2009 08:36 AM

Predicting this thread will get 100+ posts like the lousy Katy Perry + Blink 182 posts

333 08-02-2009 10:48 AM

I thought it was OK. Definitely better than some of the stuff I've heard, but I've never been able to get into her voice. And yes, it was catchy, but that doesn't make it a good song.

mr dave 08-02-2009 01:55 PM

the only time it's ok for anyone to like miley cirus is

a - female from 10-14 years old (or direct adult relative to)
b - super flaming homo
c - pedophile

it sounds like every other 'grown-up' single she's got on her miley cyrus / hannah montana double disc (i have a 10 year old niece). and by grown-up i mean thoroughly ripped off from something her fanbase won't recognize and all the adults in the room will be left wondering why they've got 'that' song stuck in their head again 20 years later.

hahaha, ba-zing!

you guys are unbelievable.

Here a tip for the new folks: I think most Emo & Harcore music is ****. Know how? Because I don't go in there.

When you go into a thread to trash it its very evident is a play for cred. Get lost, haters.

mr dave 08-02-2009 10:16 PM

scottsy 08-02-2009 11:56 PM

My seven year old daughter thinks Miley is the best... I haven't been able to bring myself to let her play miley in gthe car yet... I still want to drive safely without tearing off the steering wheel in frustration...

A CD player, my friend. Works wonders. With all the technology floating around, they're cheap as hell now.

djchameleon 08-03-2009 04:43 AM

I see your Miley Cyrus song and up you a Jonas Brothers song

I love the reggae vibe and the common feature

oh come on dude, you really think she writes her own songs? does britney spears? you think she was old enough to remember corey hart's 'sunglasses at night' to redo it as 'see you again'? i don't know where anyone outside of quebec would have heard that song after about 1988. mind you in 1983 you would have had to live under a rock to avoid it.

'performing' platinum gems i'd give it to you no problem. the bulk of her songwriting credits are listed to Armato, James, and Cyrus, but without a first initial listed i'm thinking it's Billy Ray just as much (if not way more) as Miley.

Damn son, thats a NO.
She's kinda beat. Her friend Lily is much more attractive... whats her name... Emily osman or something?

Antonio 08-11-2009 11:26 AM

Deny it? I've embraced it! :thumb:

And I don't think she's that bad. It's marketed music just like The Jonas Brothers or whatever, but as soon as Disney rapes her of appeal and dumps her she might produce something worth listening to.

Haha, you know it.
But honestly, I don't find her attractive in the least. She kind of repulses me. She's so damn obnoxious and it sounds like she has some sort of lisp or something. I just don't find her attractive at all. You know who is on the disney channel?
Selena Gomez

No but Britney Spears isn't the daughter of a talented country singer.
