fixed. just because he didn't go to jail for it doesn't mean he didn't do anything.

I'm sure you think O.J. Simpson didn't murder his wife either.

True. But it also means that the prosecution failed to convince an all white jury in a conservative district that he did. The problem with the MJ case was that it wasn't televised, so the man in the street had only what the media said to go on and they were hardly impartial. The media didn't cover what went on in that courtroom at all. They were only interested in what a weirdo MJ was. I was also convinced that MJ was guilty and that he got away with it because he was a celebrity until I read the book by Aphrodite Jones which is based only on the evidence and the testimony that was given in court. The conclusion is simple: there was nothing there. This does of course not prove that MJ wasn't a pedo, but one can never prove a negative. But based on what went on in that courtroom one definitely can't conclude that he was. Comparisons to the OJ trial are not appropriate here. In the OJ trial there were truckloads of evidence that was ingnored. In the MJ trial there was no evidence whatsoever and many of the prosecution's witnesses were very easily exposed as liars.

yeah those witness testimonies were so bogus it was out of control and they were just lying because he stopped paying them off but they made themselves look bad and it all crumbled in court.

I guess the only thing to be gained from it now is a healthy monetary portion of his estate... and if he really did molest kids, well then they deserve the compensation at the very least... but it's just all going to float away into history now I guess...

We might never really know for sure, but i'll kinda always be a bit suspect of the dude... he was, as is widely acknowedged, really really wierd...

Like I said Michael Jackson never hurted those children. They lied on him and all they wanted was money. You can't judge or accuse a innocent person. If someone accused you and took your money would you be upset too? think before you judge a person like God said don't judge. Love one another.

How are you so sure he didn't do anything to some kids? were you there at his ranch every time he had kids over? do you have some sort of insider info and why didn't you go to court to be a witness for the defense? Jesus Juice doesn't exist either am I right?

people can judge whomever they want whenever they want. it happens every single day not sure what fantasy world you are living in. Why would he even NEED to pay them to be quiet? I don't think you can stop to actually think between the lines of what really happened. You fanboy for him too much to do that. God says don't judge right then why is it that some Christians feel the need to constantly judge gay people? you know what don't even answer that last question because this will get super off topic.

I would think by just discussing Jacksons music only, (instead of the problems in his personal life), would do better for the thread, forums, and MB altogether, as far as that goes. I am sure there are threads in the lounge, or some other forum to better discuss these matters concerning Jacksons personal life, than in the music forums. Just a suggestion.

By the way, I think Ive mentioned it before, but what the hell..I think Michael s best song and video is, Blood On The Dance Floor. It seemed more sophisticated than any of his previous material. I like both the song and video.

.

By far, one of the best posts in this thread... It is beyond ridiculous how alot of members and moderators have carried on in this thread. Just so damn childish. Seriously, this is a MUSIC FORUM.

The new Michael album is okay at best and the 3 fake tracks dont make it no better. Much To Soon is by far the best song on the album though. Other songs I liked are

The Way I love You
Best of Joy
Behind the Mask
