thats actually not a bad suggestion

The credit goes to the n00b for coming up with it.
She's soooo famous, just like they were. A better comparison would probably be Gaga=mustacheless Salvador Dali but we're talking about pop music here. And pop music seems to be buzzing Gagagagagagagagagagaga. Its just like Beatlemania.

no one. the music world has changed too much. i don't think its possible for any band to have such an incredible impact as the Beatles did.

the way we discover and share music is soooo different...we have far too many musical acts! welcome to the age of A.D.D.

Honestly, Panic at the Disco if they didn't split. I enjoy Pretty. Odd more than any Beatles record I've heard.

I actually compared their second album to the Beatles. I think they would have had a decent shot.

I agree, I think Lady Gaga should be declaired the winner and get it over with.. :bonkhead:
Still..I have to admit the thread has been fun though. :)

Ouch. Similarly received, my friend. They were similarly received.

Marilyn Manson is my favorite modern pop star, despite his obvious and excessive Alice Cooper/KISS/Bowie/Eno/Rozz Williams backbiting ('course there's a bit of overlapping there but still). The things he has to say are a lot more interesting than most of the content in more commonplace pop songs and while he's certainly not the most accesible pop artist he's definitely very popular commercially.
