Yeah, the Raspberries were fantastic.
I'd consider Marshall Crenshaw power pop too though his sound was a bit different from the norm of that genre. Judging from his looks, I wonder if he was thinking more along the lines of Buddy Holly ![]() These guys weren't as successful as the Raspberries, but they too have their place in Power Pop lore
