that is a big list, and some of those i dont even consider progressive really. pink floyd was THE progressive band of all time, and nobody since them have came close.
Love jethro tull to, i mean, how many other rock bands can you think of that play a flute in almost every song

I'm not sure I agree with those choices, but oh well. I had trouble choosing between Roxy Music and Kraftwerk. I went with Roxy Music, because they released 5 perfect albums in a row between 1972 and 1975. The only bad thing you can really say about them between that period is that they were better with Brian Eno, but even without him they were still one of the best bands of the 70s.
