How many of you guys and gals dig Zappa and Beefheart?

I like Zappa I have a few of his albums


but he has so many albums like 24 or something

Bongo Fury might be the best live album ever recorded.

He has waaay more than 24 albums. But yes, I'm also a Zappa head. The man was a bonafide musical wizard genius man, to put it simply. I have at least 30 of his albums and I love most of them, with one exception being Broadway the Hard Way, which I do not care for at all. But Hot Rats, The Grand Wazoo, We're Only in It for the Money, Uncle Meat, Over-nite Sensation, Apostrophe, You Are What You Is, and Lather are some of my absolute favorites.

I just started listening to him, and I'm blown away at his talent.

:pssst: I believe that Frank would be very disappointed in our society today. It is more a pertinent point today than that question ever asked!!!!

Love Zappa ...have around 18 of his releases . Everything from the quirky : Lumpy Gravy. . The off the wall rock albums : Joes Garage , Apostrophe etc. to weird jazz : Weasels Ripped My Flesh, The Grand Wazoo etc... great stuff. Zappa is the ****.

I've been constantly listening to Zappa since Roxy: The Movie came out and rekindled my love. My favourite phase of his is between 1969 and 1975.
