I usually ignore what boomers have to say but guys it's true these records do sound better in mono.

This is ESPECIALLY true for Piper, listening to it in mono was like listening to it for the first time, what a difference it makes.

Well, of course, everything was recorded in mono before the seventies so music would naturally sound better in mono. Listening to 60s Stones in reprocessed stereo is like listening to fingernails on a chalkboard.

'Sgt Pepper' will ofc win any poll like this. Im sure if the first Floyd LP gained much of its popularity over time due to the Syd Barret connection or not! & 'SF Sorrow' has always been overrated LP in my book.
