Default Julian's Treatment - A time before this

There's not many classic prog bands with female lead vocals in general in my experience, let alone good ones.

But this album is pretty sik - I tend to think of it as having a sort of kinship with Rush's 2112, but extended and from like a female perspective/narration. Save for the instrumentals which are some Universal eery space tunes.

It's a theme album, space theme from what I gather. Lot of skilful guitar solos and some nice organ playing, gives it a sort of dreary mood which leads into powerful vocals and some skillful tunes.

The Album and the band name makes me think it was written for a little kid that had leukemia or something. It's got that sort of care and attention to it which makes you think a lot of work went into it for someone. Probably wasn't but it always makes that connection in my brain.

Aida, Dark lady of the outer Worlds sounds hot. I wanna marry her, she's all evil and sadistic. She shall be my Queen.

Anyone heard this album, what's your opinion? If not, check it out if you're into a good old prog story album.

I've gotta build a spaceship to go help Altarra.

Forget Aida. She only wanted me for my wang.

Lp has NOTHING to do with Rush.

Savarin was better-known as a novelist.

Excellent lp, but "Waiters On The Dance" is better.
