I really like parts of Tormato, especially "Silent Wings of Freedom". Wakeman's tone sucks throughout, though, and "Circus of Heaven" is touchy-feely Jon Anderson at its worst. Squire is as good as ever on that album.

If Kings X is prog metal, I love those guys

I can't get into Yes or Rush. They were around during my teenage years back in the 70's and I did like the few songs they had on the radio at the time but I could never seem to get exposure to their albums except for the YES albums that have Roundabout and Owner of a Lonely Heart on them. Some of my friends had those.

I've recently got best of collections from both but still haven't got through more than a few tracks completely. I'll still give both a complete listen though through when I can. They deserve that much I guess.

I'm on the fence when it comes to Rush. Moving Pictures and 2112 are great albums to me, but aside from those and a few songs from various other albums, I just can't get into them.

I've tried and tried to like the Flaming Lips. There are a few of their songs I enjoy but for the most part if their music was all instrumental I might appreciate it more.

Never cared much for Radiohead either. As with the FL, I like a few of their songs but just have never been able to get into their albums as a whole.

Really no Radiohead? damn that's rough... but I like The Lips and I like Radiohead.... I heard Ok Computer when I was a teenager and at that time I wasn't musically cool AT ALL ( believe me I could tell what you lurked in my collection but I just won't...) but it wrecked my world and because I thought I knew what music was, but then I discovered what music could be and I have never been the same...so I will always love Radiohead...the Lips are an acquired taste and it is only acquired after you listen to them on repeat for about a week....

I really just cannot get into Dreamtheater or Preiphery. Not sure why. I just can't do it.
