3 does it for me...the most subtle on the eye of the choices but it has the strongest impact.

Is addictions the name of a track Fenix?

I would go with 2.

3 is ok, if you get rid of the word "addictions" from the image. Almost too cheesy if you ask me.

I like the 4th one, I'd consider the 3rd, but the first two just look tacky. IMO I wouldn't buy either of the first two just by looking at them.
