"Youth of America" by Wipers and "Banned In D.C." by Bad Brains are probably the most anthemic I've heard, thinking about it. Of these, I'd probably go with "Los Angeles" or "Sonic Reducer".

OK, lol Institutionalized by the Suicidal Tendencies.

I'm not crazy, you're the one who's crazy,

that pretty much encapsulates the punk attitude, the mainstream isn't cool, I may have a mohawk, piercings, and tattoos, but you're the one who looks crazy to me.
You might seem normal in your church wear, or your suit and tie, but if that's right, I don't want to be right.....or something.

Has anyone put forth "Unsatisfied" by The Replacements. Either that or "Treatment Bound", despite not being conventionally punk sounding songs, are so anthemic and in my mind capture the mood of punk.

Something by The Replacements would be a good choice, heh.

Shiftless When Idle would be my pick, the chorus is what all punk kids were thinking then i'm guessing.
