where's cap'n kirk, spizzenergi, this was the first u.k. indie no. 1, there was a few of us back then, some of us were mods but most were punks/skins, i was a mod, but the punks had a healthy competition about who had the first copy of a certain tune, the john peel show was allways listened to!

Amoeba technically has the most anthemic sound. Something to do with the backing vocals I guess. Nevertheless, I voted for Blitzkrieg Bop cause what else can you do? :P
