From the list here, it's gotta be White Riot, with Anarchy in the UK a close second (I favour it a bit over the Clash tune, but it's not quite as anthemic/singalong)

but wait;
no UK Subs, Exploited, Undertones to choose from?
Wot about CRASS? lol
fair enough - there are at least a couple of tracks on this list I don't think I've even heard of before . . .
