In the spirit of giving this holiday season, I will offer up to all of my MB friends the one thing that I can distribute to all of you equally: knowledge.

In my time on MB I have noticed that I am quite a bit older (31) than most that frequent these forums I have a bit more life experience. After reading the MySpace post I can't help but think that such a thing could have been avoided.

So if anyone needs some advice for Xmas, hit me up. I am not judgemental because I don't know any of you personally and I promise you honest advice

I would personally recomend going out and playing on a busy highway for a while.

ok murder junkie....i got a question for ya.

i have a horrible shooting pain that goes from my wrist to the first knuckles of my index and middle finger of my right hand. i am pretty sure its from playing guitar.

got any answers as to why the hell this hasnt happened for the last 5 years of my guitar playing and is happening now? and how do i fix it?

Massage it often. It may not help the bruise, but it will make you feel better

Sounds like tendonitis, go to see your doctor and he will reccomend some exercises and bending procedures. This is common in guitar players as it is caused from repetitive motion. Hope you are playing Dragonforce solo's soon.

I would think that is a poor life decision. I would advise against it
