Is New Wave a band or is it all the pop-punk bands coming out now?

Because if it's the 1st option I can't put my opinion but if it's the 2nd one I comepletely disagree with you

Depending on what you consider new wave, it's either terrible or amazing.

For instance, if you consider Television and Talking Heads new wave... good stuff.

Berlin and A Flock of Seagulls on the other hand... not quite as good.
