The Misfits (house, punk, favorite songs, American, goth)

I don't have too much to add to this thread except that I love the Misfits and I actually met Jerry Only several years ago, he seemed like a nice guy.

I love them. They are just fun to skate to and just cruise around to. I've been a fan for a few years now, and they will always hold a place in my blackened metal heart.

The Misfits, now that's my joint. That's probably the only Punk band I actually own an album by, and listen to often. Love these guys, they makes some damn good Punk.

PS: I think they sound like a dark Ramones. Who concurs?

BUT I loves me some Misfits. They're the sole reason I got into horror punk and psychobilly. Some of my favorite songs are "American Nightmare", "Where Eagles Dare", and "Some Kinda Hate". Danzig getting knocked out by that fat guy backstage will never stop disappointing me (or making me laugh). YOU'RE GLENN DANZIG! EAT HIS HEART! Lame.

Explain your non concurring ways. I mean, I hear the difference in their music, but they have similarities in a way too.
