Other catchy tunes (is Punk supposed to be catchy though?):

The Ruts-Your'e Justa
The Exploited- Fuck A Mod (Only because it is synced with Jingle Bells)
NOFX-Spitting In My Eye (don't like them but this is a good tune)
Sex Pistols-Bodies
Dead Boys- Sonic Reducer
Anti Nowhere League-So What

Is Smash It Up as catchy though? I actually agree with your order in terms of likeability, but it has a classic rock structure opposed to a punk structure dont you think?

Pop-punk is (generally), but other forms manage it whether they're trying or not.

Most of these are pop-punk (As it is the catchiest form of punk) but anyways:

My list:
What We Hate - Screeching Weasel
Cool Kids - Screeching Weasel
I Wanna Be Happy - The Queers
Ever Fallen In Love? - The Buzzc0cks
Everyone Is Telling Me I'll Never Win (If I Fall In Love With a Girl From Marin) - Bracket
Carousel - Blink-182
Under Lock And Key - MxPx
Heavy Metal Winner - Consumed
California Uber Alles - Dead Kennedys
When I Get Old - Descendents
I Know You Well - Face To Face
Pick A Fight - Goldfinger
1000 Hours - Green Day
Save Your Generation - Jawbreaker
May 16 - Lagwagon
Man Or Mouse - Millencolin
Knocked Down - Pennywise
Dumb Reminders - No Use For A Name
Don't Call Me White - NOFX
Bad Habit - The Offspring
Darko - Slick Shoes
My Girlfriend's Dead - The Vandals

Edited:

Tiny Voices - Bad Religion
I Against I - Bad Brains
English Civil War - The Clash
Something Must Break - Ninety Pound Wuss
Me Vs. Morissey In The Pretentious Contest (The Ladder Match) - A Wilhelm Scream
Remedy - Hot Water Music
Lean On Sheena - The Bouncing Souls
Thats funny how you bring up the Ramones because I'd have to say the catchiest punk song would be Blitzkrieg Bop.

I beg to differ, but maybe it's just because I've heard/performed it to many times.
