I don't think 7 Years has that pop vibe maybe Your Not Alone but not 7 years. It sounds heavier than most of their stuff on the self titled.

Dude, it's all singing falsetto candy coated hooks. There has been about 30 seconds of screaming in this song and even then that means nothing. There is nothing even "core" about this band, let alone "hardcore".
