Well that's how it works with people like Yellowcard. Anything you haven't heard must be sh*t. That's why so many people stick with familiar territory their whole lives and never progress to find music they haven't heard before. That's the whole point for me. I enjoy finding out about music I haven't heard before, going out and buying their records, or downloading their songs.
Anywho, this poll is basically my composite of what I'd like to see in any kinda punk list, though I probably missed a few. Honestly, I'd recommend any band from the poll.

At first I was gonna allow multiple votes, but I f*cked up when making it and now you can only vote once (i wish there was a way to change that). But yeah, since it's just one vote, make it a good one. That's all I can say.

All of these bands are great, and pretty well known... I voted for The Exploited, cuz they are my favorite on the list, but alot of those come in a close second..At first i thought it was the MOST punk, and in that case id have to say CRASS, if it was a matter of musical ability, then id vote for Operation Ivy, cuz lets face it they played many differant styles of punk and did it well. Lyrically?? probably Subhumans or Dead Kennedys...

To be fair there are a hell of a lot of awful bands on that list, as well as good ones.

some bands are definetly better than others on the list, but my opinion is more good than bad.
