A musician on MTV ...OMG THE HORROR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stop being an elitist prick , the Sex Pistols were signed to a major label (3 in fact) right from the start , they said they were in it for the money right from their first television interview , John Lydon has NEVER referred to himself as punk. In fact John Lydon hasn`t played any sort of music that could be considered 'punk rock' since 1977. He moved on, I suggest you stop trying to pin an ideology on a movement thats been mainstream & whored to death for about the last 25 years and do the same. |
I'm sorry to offend any hardcore kids. actually no, I really don't give a ****. hardcore kids are annoying. and I agree with ma cherie, punk is about being your own person. I feel like I'm my own person, I'm just not punk, but whatever. I think all the people that 'try to be punk' arent punk because punk is being your own person. I feel like I'm my own person, I just dress however the hell I like. It just isnt with spikes and chains and converse shoes.
