I'm dissappointed in the options here, what about some of the originals, like Excene, or lydia lunch, etc. I don't consider most of the ones mentioned as punk anyhow.

Dalle's voice is great, and she's good looking i suppose, but this is a nicht-brainer

edit: surely there are more girls in punk we can come up with, Kira Roessler everybody's favourite Black Flag tomboy, the slits, loads of them... they are all getting on in years but still making music, you could rate them by how they looked at their peak. Also i was about to say Lydia Lunch doesnt really count as punk, only to see she isnt even in the poll =/
