Saw them live around 1985 at Irvine Auditorium in Philadelphia (University of Pennsylvania campus). Still remember it as an amazing show!

Favorite songs hmmm. "Cities in Dust" for sure if one of them. and "Christine" as well.
Best cover: "Dear Prudence"

One of my favorite bands. They're extremely consistent, and Siouxsie's voice is just wonderful in all of its bombastic, terrifying glory.

Tinderbox is probably my favorite album of theirs.

really digging "Kaleidoscope"

Not much to add here really. One of my favourite bands ever. The Scream when it came out was constantly played and later Ju Ju. They were never really a Goth band they just had an enourmous following of Goths and of course Siouxsie invented the look that a million Goth Chics would follow.

Nocturne is well worth having avec Smith.

Loved Face to Face on the Batman Returns soundtrack

Quality-wise, The Scream (78) to Tinderbox (86) is for me one of the most consistent line ups of albums by a band ever. Great music! Ju Ju is possibly my favorite.

"Back in the Day," Once Upon a Time and Twice Upon a Time were among the best introductions to a band as their single A-Sides were usually excellent choices.

Saw them in NYC a few years ago, they still sounded great.

Really loved their albums with John McGeoch on guitar!

Plus, who can forget:

I like the original vocals better. And, the movie? 'Blue Sunshine'?
Funny.

Steven Severin has done some interesting stuff lately, as well:

Just caught the 1983 X-Mas show they presented. Looking like Alice on the Mystery LSD-Tour to an alternative (and far more interesting) Cucumber Castle, it's a very interesting watch especially for those who know of the Gothic Psychedelia of the 83-4 era of both The Banshees and the Cure.
