Alright well one band. Since I've been drowning in Industrial lately, I'll throw in SPK. Ol' industrial band down my way.

Hmmm some interesting bands I've never heard of thrown up here. Anyways to try to keep this on track, no punk rock or hardcore please, so here is another classic band

Sisters of Mercy

Poison Door

Lucretia, My Reflection

Train

Also, you know how many people here know about Stiffs Inc? Literally one, me. It's a crime how unknown they are.

I don't know if Foetus qualifies. I had "You've got Fetus on Your Breath" since at least 1979 or 80 seems like. They either preceded hardcore or came out at the very same time. So they can't be post-punk. They are certainly not industrial and definitely not goth.

My fave is Laibach. Got to see them twice:

Laibach - Abuse and Confession - YouTube

Laibach - For you blue - YouTube
Fantastic interp of the old George Harrison blues number.

Laibach / Leben Heißt Leben

Love the Laibach, but otherwise I screwed this thread up by forgetting to add indie alternative to the title.

As much as I enjoy a good dose of industrial now and then at heart I'm more of a folky alternative guy, Violent Femmes, Pogues, New Model Army ect, so I've let this thread lie down.

Do you want me to just change the title of the thread for you?
