I would see Sansa Stark in plug.dj back when it was up and running, and thb SS had some decent taste in Punk music.

I'm just going to assume I was drunk.

The same thought occurred to me, but then I remembered that Sansa hated the Ramones.

I don't really like the usual punk, so the list is mostly proto-, post- and whatever-punk.

(In no particular order):

1. Pere Ubu - The Modern Dance
2. The Stooges - Fun House
3. Black Flag - Damaged
4. The Girls - Reunion
5. Television - Marquee Moon
6. Rocket From The Tombs ‎- The Day The Earth Met The...
7. Siege - Drop Dead
8. Grazhdanskaya Oborona - Armageddon-Pops
9. Screamers ‎- In A Better World
10. PiL - Metal Box

Actually, I found her taste in punk to be the closest to mine of any other member that I've seen here since I joined. So, oddly enough, I did have some common musical ground with her.

I already did, numb nuts.

Apparently, numb nuts qualifies as an insult.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

I love Jane Doe, but I just find PtES to hit a lot harder than Jane Doe. Jane Doe does have a lot of variety though, so I love that about. But if I want to hear a relentless, crushing, strained emotional, overwhelming Converge, PtES is my go to album. Plus, it was the first Converge album I listened to so you can definitely understand my attachment to it.

I feel you. It's heavier, and my other go-to Converge album, but I just love the chaos of Jane Doe. And "Concubine" is just such a brilliant opener.
