Yeah, PIL had some good stuff. Seeing the poster boy of punk rock get more experimental and weird would've been interesting to witness in real time

honestly though, I'm really into punk music and the Sex Pistols are extremely "meh" to me, The Clash are a way better punk band from around that time imo

idk about brilliant but they're fun as hell for sure. being in the "basic" punk albums category or not Bollocks is a good record the guitar tone and snot-nose vocals will always be rad
