If 7 or 8 notes (can't remember which) are the exact same in the melody it's plagiarism. He added a different note in between there (literally just one note) so from a legal standpoint it wasn't plagiarism.

yes. that re-defines truly awful as a whole new genre

the producers of that should be shot, chopped into pieces, and fed to those small annoying dogs you see on inner city streets attached to paris hilton clones
