Wayne is terrible, he only looks "good" in comparison to the other rappers. No biggie, No Pac, No Jay-z, No Nas etc when these rappers and others were rapping Wayne and Birdman were 3rd rate rappers getting little play. They got more press from kissing then from rapping.

No because Wayne rapped when biggie did and wayne was **** then. As mentioned by people previously Wayne hasnt changed any. Today's rap is just watered down and bad
